Unable to restore from backup on SD card

Hi 

I needed to do a factory reset on my Xperia V, so I backed up everything onto my SD card using the default backup and restore app on the phone.  Backup created a folder on the SD card called ".semc-fullbackup", with all the backups in it.

However, after resetting the phone, when I tried to restore my settings, apps etc by choosing Restore in the app, I go this error message "Unfortunately, Back up & Restore has stopped".  I tried rebooting, but the same happens every time.

What now??

See if this topic helps you,it might be some issues with the backup and restore app.
