Unable to enable mobile data

I can't activate my mobile data at all... i tried all restarting my phone and checking the network services but i still cant activate it

Hi @N-wckay,

In the Settings menu, is the mobile data option greyed out or are you able to press it though nothing happens when you do?
If possible then I'd suggest that you test this with another SIM card in your phone as well.
