Bluetooth turning on by itself

Hi guys, I have a problem plz. My Bluetooth keeps turning on by itself. Seconds after I turn it off.
This has started to happen since today morning.
I deleted all the apps I've installed since yesterday. And I disabled smart connect app. It didn't solve the issue.
I rebooted my phone many times. It didn't solve it.

What can I do more? Any help plz?

Have you attempted to backup and factory reset the phone?

Normally if you've not uninstalled other apps that can control the functions of the phone, I would advise to check the various apps you have installed. Also, like you've already done, disabling all Smart Connect functions will also help as various conditions can do this as well... like connecting the power cord, etc. Also, check Settings > Power Management > Location Based Wifi and other settings. See if any of these can be casuing your difficulty.

My tablet Z (wifi only) has the same problem. It started after I installed lollipop 5.1.1.

Does this also happen in you start the phone in safe mode?
