Unable to download update

HI I am not abe to complete the download of my update. I t gets stuck after 99%. This is ridiculous. Why am I not able to download the remaining 1%. Please think on this matter as a large numbers have started complaining of the same issue

Now am currently having 15.4.A.1.9 and 4.3 JB version. This message came as a pop up in my phone under the update app. So i decided to update the software throught PC companinion per the message pop up.
