I cant download internet settings when giving request to service provider they sending the settings . But my phone did not saving it.So I cant using internet in my z3c

PLEASE HELP MEEEEEEEEE

Hi,

Are you trying to download the internet and MMS settings via Settings > More... > Internet settings? If not, try this method to see if same behaviour appear. Otherwise, what happens when you try to download these settings via the mentioned menu options?

If you cannot download the settings automatically, you can always enter them manually via Settings > More... > Mobile networks > Access Point Names. You should contact your network provider to get the correct settings for this.
