Unable to download apps from Google play store

Unable to update / download apps from Google Playstore on  Z3 and my brothers Z3 compact, i am stuck in downloading page. I have cleared data, cache, restarted both the phone still the same. I have tried using WIFI and mobile date still the same. any suggestion?. Last resort is to re install either trough PC Companion or through service center.

My brothers Z3C is brand new which was replaced today due to some wiered sound from top side of the display when pressed

Both the handset are in latest built - 23.0.1.A.5.77 and no power saving mode enabled,  Z3have McAfee security and Z3C dosent have any and was reset again

Settings-apps-all-google play,force stop and clear data.Also,remove your google account and restart the device.Log in with your google account.

I suggest trying the following.

Menu > Settings > Apps > All > Google Services Framework > Clear Data

All > Google Play Store > Clear Data

All > Google Play Services > Clear Data

From here now try downloading an application

Android 5.1 has a problem itself, never had this problem on the previous version.

@samutengular this isn't a problem with 5.1.1 I've had this issue running kit kat. Just one of them things.

Hey I have Sony xperia z3 and I have the same problem even I am unable to login face book and what's app I have tried all what ever is mentioned above
