i am unable to connect my xperia pro to my PC ,pc companion is not detecting the phone

Is the  computer detecting it at all, even as a removable drive? Check and change your phone's USB mode settings and see if that helps. Otherwise, try a different USB port, USB cable or PC.

When i still had GB installed, my Xperia Pro could not connect to my PC with SD cards > 8 GB. With my 16 GB card it worked randomly, but with the 32 GB, no chance, never. However, for upgrades etc. i just put my old 8 GB card in, and the phone was recognized immediately.

Funny enough, since i upgraded to ICS, it will connect fine even with the 32 GB card 😮 .....
