Type & Send widget problem

Hi!

I watched the demo video about using the Type & Send widget that it can directly put you into typing mode as soon as you open the keyboard. Well, i tried this, but all i can see is just my screen rotate. I enter the typing mode if i clicked the type box. Is this normal? or does my phone error? I like the feature of how this widget can send your message to whatsapp contact, so i need this. Plz answer.

Well im not using any app. The widget is there by default. You can click add widget in the homescreen and find it in the bottom of the widget list "Type & Send"

I don't have that widget, different regions different apps, can you post screenshots?
