How to get old version app ?

I'm a Xperia P user which is updated to ICS couple hours ago. However, the new gallery app of ICS seems not as good as the old one and the power saving app is removed from the system. So I want to get an old version gallery app and the power saving app. How can I get them ? Thanks!

the new album app it's great, it has the map and also you can swipe your finger left to right or right to left to see more or less pictures at once.
