Triangle in display when i start phone

Hi all I have a problem with my xperia S 26i, formatting when not full and stayed dead, every time I try to turn it on I get a single triangle and a phone to your hand and appliance .... I need help as I can enable the PC companion sony does not detect it ....

you will need to charge your phone for about an hour then try again with PCC

or you can repair your phone with SUS

The phone is fully charged, I was wanting to update and upgrade stopped went blank and all it does is displays a triangle and a mobile

You can repair the phone software to get the phone to work as normal again. 

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > Press the blue link "Repair phone". Then follow the on-screen instructions in the program to repair your phone software. You will connect the phone to the PC while the phone is turned off and you hold down the volume down button.
