Transferring contacts from Iphone fails

It doesn't seem to work at all! I have tried mobile transfer (apparently because I have IOS 9 that one fails). So tried transferring using companion - I even decided to not include photo's - on my MacBook it says the transfer was complete and I only had to unplug and restart my Sony Xperia M5 - but nothing is showing. I'm getting a bit annoyed at my switch from IOS to Android...I was expecting smooth sailing....

try again but this time only transfer the contacts, or you can sync your contacts with Google and then sync your M5

Hi Jijesessie,

Make sure to check out the filtering for your contacts on the handset. It may be that your contacts have been moved over bit filtered out.

Menu > Contacts > Menu Button > Filter

Have a look in this region and play around with the filter.
