touchscreen problem

I bought xperia so about a month ago, since that day a'm experiencing touchsreen problem touchscreen works 4/5 and  when it is horizontal it doesn't work too. What should I do? Should I download calibration, does it work?Or does .201 firmware solve this problem? please help, I need users' help

I heard that some sp user's are facing many problems in 4.3, which way is best to avoid the problems?

You could use SUS because it is practically an update engine wheareas PCC is more of a file explorer with more inbuilt functions.

SUS is best... as its only work is to check/update ur phone's software

SUS is only for official updates ,while Flashtool can flash any FWs. (FTF file)
