Touching the back soft button it "touches" the recent app button too

I dont know what's the cause of this, but when I press the back soft button it "touches" the recent app button too at the same time. It's like I press the two buttons at the same time but I didn't. I pressed the back button only. Anyone can help me with this?

Do you experience the same while on >>> safe mode

Does your phone has a protective case film or glass? 

Are there any small cracks on the screen?
