Camera may be in use

every time i try and take a picture the camera is coming up with the following

"The camera may be in use by another application. please close the other application and try again"

I have done a master reset and software repair. 

Any suggestions as ium away next week and need it

since you already did a software repair i think it would be best to send your phone to your local service center

I have the same problem, havent tried a factory reset because i want to avoid this if possible. Did you get your phone fixed?
