Touch/Swipe Problem with Xperia V

Hi 

I can't answer my calls because I can't swipe the screen. I've problem only with lower part of the screen and the upper part is still responding well on my touch.

I can't even open the screen lock,...

This did happened before and and then I got a SW to install on my PC and connect the phone with a cable then I could control  the phone i.e. saved all data to my computer before sending it for repair.

Where can I get the SW and cable?

I don't think the Xperia V is supported by XC, you could use Xperifirm or flashtool, but what you described seems to be a hardware issue, as for the cable it should be a USB OTG cable.
