Touch screen problem!?!

Sometimes my phone's screen (included soft keys) miss the touch. But that's not a dead point as it worked already at later touches.

Did anyone get this problem?? i wonder if it's a software or hardware issues? and may i fix it?

When i wipe my finger from right to left, the test services showed some broken strokes like the attached image.

Thank guy! but i didn't buy it at sony official store; it means i didn't have the original warranty by sony, just that store's warranty. If i take my phone to the Sony service centre, they may charge a fee and other fixed costs poor me!

Nope, your phone comes with a Sony warranty IN ADDITION to any warranty given by the retailer.

If you problem is covered under a warranty, then you will not receive any charges at a Sony Service Centre.

My warranty's still available. So i just have to take the phone to SSC without any bill or warranty form or s.t ?

Sony offers a global warranty but my country (VietNam)

the service centre may repair your phone or may keep it for 2-3 months and do nothing, depending on the level of service in vietnam, better is to just get to a store with a friend and get it done with payment.

you are absolutely right!i gave my phone with the same issue two days ago.i called dem today to know d status.(they asked me to do so).Now they tell me that the problem is solved with the software repair.will check tomorrow.but m 110 %sure that its not solved.reason to say that:

dey did d SW repair last time i visited dem and said its working fine but when  checked myself it wasn't.and m so angry wid d guy at SCC.he said that all phones are like this.can any of you tell me one phone that has to be touched three or more times to get things done that can be done with one single little touch.What's even more ridiculous is that he said you people just want to get new touch panel just coz its in warranty.yeah!we people r damn crazy sony to give our perfectly working phone in your SO BRILLIANT SERVICE CENTER,where they keep tha phone for 2 3 months and do nothing but waste our time and warranty peiod also!

how much does the touching panel cost if in charged? do you know? i lost my hope

Sony supporters pls tell us this situation? Do we have to wait till the warranty expired, then give the phone for replacing the stupid touching panel with a payment???
