Touch screen problem xperia Z3

I have some strange problems with touch buttons. When im press "home" button or the other three buttons nothing happends, Also in some fullscreen apps i'm unable to pull out touch buttons. Who met such problem, or know how to fix it? I need help please

Does your phone has a protective case and/or film? if it does, remove it/them

also, settings > apps > all > diagnostics > test > test touchscreen

Are the menu buttons always unusable or is this completely random?

It is totally random. last nigh my phone was ok, but at morning my phone just doesn't work.

I already try that. but doestn't work. The test was ok but I couldn't leave the test because the button to return doesn't work. So I had to turn off my phone.
