i bought XPERIA U on last nov 2nd(2012).. now, it is posing some problem related to touch screen.. i have given it for servicing.. but the issue is , eventough 2 months of warranty is left the service care personnel is telling that the warranty period is over.. they said the touch hardware has to be replaced.. what should i do to get it corrected under warranty???? pls help...
