I had bought sony xperia j on 15th of nov.. after one week of comfortable usage, touchscreen of my phone is not working properly.. i'm not even able to unlock my screen by sliding... i had even reset my phone but the issue still persists.. please help me out.. what should i do so that touchscreen of my phone could work properly! i dont have time to go to sony care centre neither do i know where is sony care centre located near my area! please help me out!
The first thing I would suggest would be to perform a software repair on the phone. This can be done via the PC Companion or the Update Service tools. facing the same issue with my Xperia J I got it 2 months back. Please help.
I have already updated the software using PC companion and tried resetting default setting as well but no use.
Same problem here. I bought my phone 2 weeks ago and in the second week, its started to loss the touch sensitivity.

I am facing the same touch screen problem since 15 days and also tried to repair and update the firmware via PC companion. After updated/repair the phone it worked for 3-4 days normally but it is giving the same problem again.
Please suggest me for the solution.
