Touch screen issue in Sony Xperia J

I had bought Sony Xperia J a month ago and I'm facing very strange issue. The touch screen doesn't responds to the touch due to which i can't pick up the calls, can't unlock the phone using pattern. I have to make the phone forcibily reboot almost twice a day for the same.

My phone details are as follows:

Model number : ST26i

Build number 11.0.A.7.5

Android version : 4.0.4

I have also repaired the build yesterday, but again today the touch screen is not working.

The problem still persists.

What i have noticed its not the touch screen issue, actually the phone gets hanged and the touch screen gets unresponsive.

The reason for the above conclusion is the phone didnt alerted me for the mails and other FB updates when the screen was not responding to the touches.

As soon the phone got rebooted, it has thrown me lots of updates.

I have sony people are going through this thread.

And they solve the issue in their next update

I have had the same problem with my Xperia J since 3 weeks. I thought the update 11.0.A.7.5 will solve the problem but still. I can't unlock screen, play games or move icons.

The file above can't be downloaded, I received an error msg from my phone.

Can you please tell me whether it works for Jelly Bean or not. It did not work in my case. Can you suggest how to downgrade my phone O/S or how to move to Microsoft.

Yes, It worked in my phone. But I wish if you could give me a solution for slow phone. The cache memory is not more than 86 MB. This is after I stop almost all applications. What can be done?
