Hi, I bought my Xperia Arc S in february with Cdiscount in France, who have virtually no service after sale. Impossible to even reach them, let alone ask a question. So here I am.
The touch screen of my Xperia has stopped working. So I can't unlock, I can't update or even go back to factory settings. Unless there is a 'hardware' reset thet I don't know about. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

but I'm on a Mac.
