software repair with pcc

is there anybody successful doing a software repair with pcc in recent times (last one week) ?

, It seems many people are facing this issue(including me ofcourse).

What issue do you have?

If you can access the phone's menus you can do a Factory data reset at Settings > Privacy. This will be the same thing as doing a software repair in PC Companion.

What do you think about this forum? Let us know by doing this short survey.

the software repair doesnt works only.

if you have a serious issue take the phone to the sony service station.

Problem is that the service centers are not working currently. I've complained to customer care, but no use. So I stooped wasting my time talking with customer care. That's why I said the support from Sony is very bad and I don't recommend Sony phones to anyone , at least in my area.  troublesome phone with no support.
