If you are still experiencing this issue, I'd recommend firstly trying a software repair through PC Companion and using the handset for a little while without restoring data. If the issue persists, it may need to be examined by an authorised engineer.

Yes, it seems like a hard ware issue, because software repair didn't work. I tried twice.
I'll go give it in service center next week.
So,, it's a Hardware problem at the end the end
What I notice was that it happened after the arival of "COLD WEATHER" ( monsoon period in our country).
Can an official tell us realt cause for this ?? Is the device faulty or is this caused by WATER VAPOUR (HUMIDITY)?? O.o

Wish You Luck
Yes,it's so clear ! they said it's a hardware problem but they didn't mention that what cause this ... I hope SONY tell us what's going on ... is it because of humidity or over warming or what ?! at least we should know what's cause the problem and is it "FIX for ever" in SONY Center or it maybe happens again ?!
Well my city is pretty dry & is located far away from the Sea.
The climate is good for humans, so it should be good for phones too!!!
So there is no question of our fault or our environment's fault.
IT IS TOTALLY SONY MOBILE'S FAULT!!! :smileyangry::smileyangry::smileyangry:
Especially since it became Sony Mobile by buying good old Ericsson.
I request you to create a thread detailing your problem & also please post the link as a comment in my thread here, so that people become aware as much as possible & avoid buying phones from this faulty company! Let us keep these threads always on top in this forum...:smileyinfo:
