i reset my phone due to phohe touch works alone after that .issue  not solved .and my walkman update also gone .now where can get update of walkman .i am not receive the software update again after reset the phone

When you make a factory reset, it can take some days before you receive the update for the Walkman application e.g. Just use the phone normally and this update will appear soon again.

But if you still experience touch problem after a factory reset, I suggest that you visit nearest service center to have the phone examined by a technician since it may be related to a hardware issue.
