When I Ptsoal xperiaz2 device usb cable and found that the screen tach not work well
Sorry but I don't fully understand your issue
When I connect my usb cable touch screen work alone and not work well so that I can not use the device while it is connected
Does this occur if you connect to laptop or wall plug?
Happens when connected to the computer , but when connected to a charger works well
Have you tried another USB port?
The device is new and that is the first time I plug it
You might have a defective USB port or cable. But as you say it works at a wall plug,it means the device is fine as far as I can tell.
Device generally works well but when connected to the computer I can not use it and when it disconnect it works well with the knowledge that the same charging cable usb cable
In this case,a defective USB port might be the issue. Have you tried to connect something else there?
