Touch problem when scrolling webpage and holding finger

Usually when I am browsing through a long list or web page, I hold my finger on the screen to scrolling and stop to view. Screen will shake rapidly at this time. I have tried Several times of them and all having the same problem. Any solution to fix it?

I have already update lasted for gingerbread software (4.0.2.A.0.62)   How can I repair?

I tried follow solution but when study about infomation it seems to provide an update to ICS 4.0 which I heard that there are still problems, I have not updated. It also does not solve any problems and the problem still exists.

Or should I send the phone to the repair center ?

If you didn't want to update your phone from home the only other option would be to send it for service.
