touch problem after USB connecton

i updated my neo V . Before updating my touch was working fine. But now it works so weried. It fails to understand where I have  touched on screen. sometimes it presses more than 1 button even though i'm pressing only one button.specially IT WORKS SO WEIRED WHEN I TRY TO WRITE SOMETHING. it shows random characters after pressing any character or even when i try to erase, it keeps writing random text.

can you perform a simple test. dial *#*#7378423#*#* service test>touchscreen, see if it responds to touch inputs correctly

i tried. no its not responding correctly. what next?

even if i upload screenshot how will you get that where Im touching on screen ?

if you drew a straight line in the service test, it might come out different, broken perhaps, or it turned out not to be straight or went sideways.

I suggest you perform the software repair using Sony update service
