I am faced this problem of touch not working within 1st month of purchase . and with that till now every either month i have to submit in service centre for the same issue .
Its third time i have submitted , firstlty they changed sensor chip , secondly when it occurs though ii have told that touch diagnostic has failed they called after three days and told that sooftware problem , believing on them taken it.
But affter 4 days again issue is showing up and again they submitted it .
As this issue is coming again they should replace , OR IS this the way of earniing money by service centre ,
And also i got reply " that your are getting service for free anyhow " Is this the pROPER REPLY .
I HAVE PAID 20K "IS IT FREE AMOUNT FOR YOU " IF SO PLEASE REFUND IT AND TAKE BACK YOUR XPERIA HANDSET.
i get irritated by this kind of reply
i got a wierd reply "And also i got reply " that your are getting service for free anyhow so whats problem in coming again "
By this do they mean that i have to shift my home opposite to service centre what a nonsense reply .
