touch not working properly

I am experiencing a touch problem while typing anything. the response of touching any option is getting very slow.

hi,

I tried up every possible thing , to make the touch work properly , but nothing is improving it. 

Is there any other way to correct it.

Also I guess that i  upgraded the android version to jelly bean on my phone, and only after that this problem has started coming. Is there a way to go back to the earlier version of android again??

It's not possible to downgrade by default. 

I suggest that you first of all try to reinstall/repair the phone software using PC Companion:

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Press the blue link that says "Repair phone/tablet".

Hi,

I had tried doing it through PC campinion also . Did it twice. but still the problem exists.

The RAM value seems to be very low..aroung 20-30 MB even when I have only 1 application installed in my phone.

Can this be a problem for a slow touch response.
