service center people not giving any support.!!

i have xperia u, four month old, android 2.3.7, build version: 6.0.B.3.184

problem: phones battery suddenly drops to 0% from any % like 60 or 40 30%.

i have submitted my phone twice at "janakpuri, new delhi" sony xperia authorised service center, at first time they replaced the battery, second time they reinstalled and downgraded the os build version from 6.0.B.3.188 to 6.0.B.3.184 , but still issue is not resolved.

when i gone to them third time they said "there is no problem according to us, we cant help you anymore".

please tell me what should i do now.

should i go to any other service center, can anyone suggest me some other center.

please i m fed up with this phone from almost a month.

Regarding multiple repairs on your handset, you are best to speak directly with your local Xperia Care team sorry.

but your service center guys are not submitting the phone.

they are saying" there is no problem according to us".

i m really fed up with this phone, and i dont expect such things from a brand name....

I understand the repair agent is rejecting it, which is why I would advise speaking with the actual Sony Mobile support team in your area as they will be able to assist you with any regional warranty concerns.
