TM717 SCREEN LOCK

I HAVE A TM717 THAT POWERS ON TO A SCREEN LOCK/ IS THERE ANY WAY OF RESETTING THE PHONE ?

TRIED PC COMPANION HOWEVER IT GOES DIRECTLY TO MASS STORAGE MODE

WHEN THE PHONE BOOTS  IT STATES

PHONE LOCKED

PHONE LOCK CODE (ASKS FOR AN 8 DIGIT CODE)

First, there's no need to SCREAM, all caps = scream

second, I don't think PCC support that phone any longer, perhaps if you contact your local Xperia care

Hi,

As standard, the phone lock code is 0000. But if you have changed this, it's unfortunately not much we can do. You would do best by follow uliwoolys advice to contact your local support team to see which possibilities you have.
