Dear Sir,
I purchased my phone on 05/Jul/2013, very soon my charger port cover gave off, therefore my phone was not water proof any more, which was given to the Sony center to repair, which they did.
Since my phone was then within the warranty period, they did a replacement(Mar/2014), which I am not fully satisfied cause I don't know whether you have given me is refurbished or a complete new instrument.
Either way, after upgrading the phone to the new version i.e. Kitkat, the battery life is very poor, phone hangs and phone gets heated up for no reason.
To top this, the touch gave away, where the phone was not dropped or mishandled, but suddenly there was an hair line crack in the touch for no reason(no issues with screen).
OnTaking this instrument to the customer service centre, they are asking me to replace the screen for 14k, as you know if I put a few thousands more I can buy a new ZR for that price.
Since I have been through all this hardship after buying the ZR, I want you to look into the option of helping me out by giving me a discount(taking my ZR for exchange) for upgrading to a Z2 or Z3.
Please do not make me an unhappy Sony customer.
Expecting that you will do the needful.

sir i am using xperia zr since nov 2014.i bought this through flipkart.imei no .yesterday morning(238/06/2015) while it was charging my mobile touch cracked for no reason.so i need a replacement reguarding this.waiting for your help
