tipo dual sim network issue

I have purchased tipo dual 1 month before. Whenever i am connecting internet another sim's tower goes. I took the

Phone to service station there they installed some software update and said that this problem will not come again.

As i bought the phone back within few hours again same problem started. Kindly let me know is there any solution for this or we have to suffer after spending 10500 rupees

Could you please explain more about the problem?

Have you tried using other SIM cards and been able to replicate the same problem?

Even I am facing the same problem with my Sony Xperia Tipo Dual.. If we use our phone for calls or even for data usage, the other network bars fail for about 20 secs.. Due to this problem, i have to use only one sim for both calls and data usage.. The second sim is now useless for me .
