Tipo Dual "Help Widget" problem

i have a problem with the Help widget (Xperia Tipo Dual) :

i got registered ok, but when i try to get to

"user guide" & "video tutorials"

all i get is an error message saying :

"Error

------------------------------------------------

An error has occurred. Please
try again later."

that happens in 3 different language settings :

Greek, English (US) and English (UK)
