Smartwatch update failed and block

Hello

sorry for my bad written english. I've a smartwatch MN2 from 3 months, today during a firmware update by the appropriate utility Update Service vers. 2.12.15.18 , there is an unknown error. From that moment the clock has stopped working and the only thing that appears on the screen are three white lines on a black screen and can not be reset in any way, even holding down the power button 15 seconds. I tried to hold 1 minute, plug it in via USB to the PC, but nothing. The Update Service doesn't see the watch and it's not possible to reinstall the firmware. What can I do?Have you any suggest?

You could try running it through SUS.

http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/

If it can't get connection you could let it run out of battery then charge it and try again.
