There are letters missing from the keyboard

Hi all,

        My Nieces Experia U keyboard has certain letters missing from the keyboard , C is one of them and there are another 3 or 4 mssing as well. Not only that but when she types it comes out in chinese/japanese.

Any ideas why the letters are missing?

have you tried any other keyboead apps...from the store...and check that you are in xperia keyboard or xperia japanese or chinese from the settings....

i think you are in japanese key board change it in the settings!!!!

it seems that you are using the chinese keyboard by default.
For reverting to stock keyboard, Go to
Settings>Lnaguage and input> default and select international keyboard / Xperia keyboard

I am unable to copy the details from the guide, but please check the "Text Input Settings section on page 28 of the guide below and change the keyboard to the Xperia keyboard.
