Power down problem

It is taking 1+hour to shut down my Xperia Z1 and still not completed. What seems to be the problem?

Hi there,

Press the "Power Button" and Volume Up" at the same time about 8 seconds(3 vibrates).

                                                                       OR

Find and press with something sharp "Hard Reset Button" that has been placed under the MicroSD flap.

NOTE: Do not forget to recharge the battery before you try to turn on your phone again!
