You have 2 options

1) contact your local Sony repair center

or 

2) buy the part and replace it yourself, but you will void your warranty

Sony will not do anything!! my screen explode in my hand and they said it is my fault!! Sony doesnt care about us!!

if you are in Madrid, dont go to their Technical Service in Guzman El bueno 43....i was ther last friday looking for some help and  they humiliated me.

If that actually happen, have you contacted Sony directly and/or have you stopped by any other Sony repair center?

ive contacted directly with Sony, they said that the only reason for have a broken screen is an owner fault or impact ....never a manufacturing defect.... so ... i know what i lived... im not a lier, and they treated me like if a were cheating them,,,
