The OTG does not work

Hello! I have sony xperia ZR. After month of using phone, I try to connect USB flash drive via OTG cable, but USB flash drive does not work I try connect USB mouse. Mouse work 1-2 seconds, but then turn off, and again start work on 1-2 seconds. I see cursor, I can move it a short time. How to fix that? I do not flash phone, nothing at all with him didn't make the purchase. Flashing can help?

Try genuine sony or samsung host(OTG) cable. I am using samsung micro usb cable model ET-R205UBKG. I can use to conect pendirve, memory card, mouse and also keybord with my Xperia ZR.
