Bluetooth headset crack noise

Hi,

I purchased one QCY QY7 mini sport bluetooth Universal stereo headphones V4.1 headset from Amazon 2 months ago without any problem connecting to Xperia Z, Xperia Arc S, ipad2, Asus and Acer laptop but once I connected to Z1, it produced loud cracking noise.

I have two Z1 which bought at 6 months apart and both having same problem.

Please helps .

Android version: 4.4.4
Build number : 14.4.A.0.157

Maybe theres an incompatibility issue due to Bluetooth versions - Check with Xperia care to see if there is a known issue http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

I recently bought the same earphones from amazon and it just gives crackling sound from my Sony Xperia Z3 whenever I play any media, video or music. 

But interestingly phone calls audio sounds fine !

I tried the earphone with other android phones, and also my Xperia Z tablet and it sounds fine ! I am not sure if the aptX decoder has something to do with it.

Same problem here. Tried them with the wife's galaxy s3 and they're fine???

Same problem with my xperia z2. No one from sony Respond for that. Just to know if there's any chance to fix it or that I need to buy a new headphones.
