The multimedia speaker not working

Hey, I have a problem with my almost a month old Xperia Go. Suddenly the sounds of ringtones, music, movies, alarm, even 'tapping' sound disappeared. All I can hear at the moment is the person I'm talking with on the phone. Does anyone know what may be the problem? Thanks for all the answers.

Force restart(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).Are you sure you haven't muted all the volumes?

If reboot the phone can't solve the problem, it must be the problem of hardware. The loudspeaker has been broken. Take to the service center when your phone still under warranty.
