The magnetic charging does not work, USB does

Friday evening my tablet's battery went dead and then, even after being on a magnetic charger for hours would not turn on again. Tried USB charger and same thing. Saturday afternoon, I used the little yellow button by the SIM card and the tablet came back to life. But now, if I use any magnetic charger, the charging icon will blink on and off and on. It's only solid if I use the USB cable. This is really inconvenient and messes up the waterproofing as a door has to be opened. That door is also very vulnerable to breaking off when opened. Any help with this?

I'm sorry to hear about that.

Have you tried different power sources and cables? Make sure that the magnetic dock is connected to a wall socket and not a USB port from a computer. Is there any difference in the behaviour is the Tablet is powered off?

I suggest contacting your Local support in order to have the Dock and Tablet sent to an authorized service center so that they may see if it's related to the tablets hardware or if the dock itself is the cause.
