talkback issues

i'm on Xperia S 4.0.4 (6.1.A.0.452) offical firmware with flashtool. i got annoying issue since yesterday. when i use my phone in some apps suddenly talkback enables and ruins my phone experience. it's off  at accessibility options even i disabled it in app section but it still. is it phone related or smt ?

Did you install any app yesterday ?

The reason could be a third party app

Check apps such as task killers , antivirus, battery savers etc and revise their settings
