T2 ultra dual language setup problem.

Greeting all,

I have T2 Dual, when i recieved email written in both Arabic and English it appears in one side.

Either in right side for both Ara and Eng.

Or in left side as both.

Help me please how to configure or setup the writting words and arrange it as best look english in left and arabic in right side.
