After upgrading to Lollipop i have some app's crashing but what seems to crash a lot is the system.ui.Before updating to the .270 build i had like 20 incidents in applications not responding section and 18 of them where from system ui. After the .270 update i still get a lot of system ui not responding but also from others known apps.I also have 2 system incidents. These crashes were very rare in kitkat.I thought about repairing via sony pc companion but i don't know if i'll lose my app data. When i upgraded to lollipop nothing got lost, nor my playlists, i didn't even have to login to my apps. Will that change with the repair?
Repair formats your internal memory, so you'll lose any data that can't be backed up. For example Apps data, Settings, Homescreens, etc.
Thanks. Is there anything else i can do? Because that would be my last option.
I think it's inevitable. Giving a refresh to your phone's OS is a very good practice to do every while. You'll like your phone again when it returns to it's original smooth performance.
reinstalling lollipop will smooth things out
