after 2 happy weeks of using and boasting my Xperia z1, it just turned black.
this evening i noticed there was no network signal. Tried to turn off and turn on . thats when it all started.
The keeps on rebooting and the top back panel keeps on heating.
> tried with a different SIM.
> hard reboot didnt work.
> cooled down the mobile for 1 hour and rebooted.
> No wifi or bluetooth devices nearby.
> autobrightness already turned off.
> turned on without SiM.
it keeps displaying the boot screen witht he graphic colour flow.
once in a while it shows the message 'system boot failure" wait or close. no matter what is done. it reboots.
suggestions please: should i just take my phone to a service station ?
before you do, repair your phone with SUS

Have you unlocked the bootloader?
Thanks for the instant reply.. i will try that.
before that i have few questions:
1. my phone is not even booting up, will the SUS detect my phone for the update?
2. Will that wipe off everything on the phone memory ? (least bothered.. just want the phone up and running)
Thanks in advance
the great thing about SUS is that your phone has to be off
and it might delete everything
The SUS didnt help.. it restored to factory settings. went into the system for a while (20 secs) - reboot
Thanks for trying
You have to take it to a Sony repair center
Got to wait one day to get it flashed to the old firmware.. not advised to go for the new update since they received 13 mobiles with identical issues with updates crashing..
why dont someone test it before rolling out ...
$600 didn't go in vain....Happy to see sony is working for me deleting the forum posts.. you people are more active in forum than developing or testing LOL..
Thought more technology brings more ease in life..
Sony learn the basics, back to bite apple.. happy messing around admins and fanboyz.....
