Sync with Outlook

I'm trying to sync my contacts and calendar on my SP with Microsoft Outlook on my home PC.  I've installed Sony PC Companion and connected by USB, but seem to get random results? Some things seem to transfer but others don't?  I've just noticed it says "this application does not support local sync using USB cable?

How can I sync information reliably??

I had the same problem. I tried a number of third party apps and found there was only one that fitted the bill. That is to sync my outlook contacts and calander between my PC and android phone.

The best on is "Outlook <-> Android Sync" from http://www.ezoutlooksync.com/. It costs $29.95 and it's worth every bit of it.

Hard to say what could be wrong without more information. Problem could be that contacts are divided into folders in MS Outlook or that you haven't stored contacts as Google contacts in the phone.

To synchronize over USB you could try the 3:rd party software MyPhoneExplorer from www.fjsoft.at.
