sync problem with xperia miro google services and facebook wont sync anymore

i can not sync anymore in google play or gmail and other serives even facebook inside xperia wont sync i keep getting an error  please help

Try settings-apps-all-facebook,force stop and clear data.Also,remove your gmail account from settings-accounts and add it again.

Well my google service has started working but facebook inside xperia wont work error "can not connect with server" i dont understand whats wrong ?

Download facebook messenger,it shoud help.
