I have a problem whit my 4g connection.I set 4g/wcdma/GSM in settings and i turn on 4g but when i ceck data usage, my phone still use 3g.
There might be no 4G coverage in your area or you need to wait some time until your device picks it up.
the device will pick the strongest or stable signal accordingly, in your case the 3g might be more stable/stronger, try to set your device to LTE only. and see if you can place a call
