Swipe down from the top to exit full screen. - How do I get rid of this message?

Often when I display an image full screen on my Xperia Z3 Compact I get a drop down box saying "Swipe down form the top to exit full screen.  OK".  When this happens I can do nothing other than click on the OK.  Now I have seen that message and clicked on OK over a hundred times.  Can anyone advise how I stop it comming back please?

It happens in more than one image viewer.

I have looked here but cannot see anyone else suffering similarly but I do not see why my system is different.  Mne is an unrooted phone that is not tied to any carrier and running Android 4.4.4 (waiting hopefully for Android 5.0 and hopefully soon after 5.1...).

As far as I have noticed,those are simple tips and keep coming back. No idea how to disable them.

This appears even on games, there doesn't seemed to be a way to disable it.

Maybe they will go with 5.0.....

I don't remember if on the Z3 tablet 5.0 they are there. But will check and come back. I think they are still there.
